The four foundations of How Does Learning Happen? outline the importance of children, educators, and families feeling a sense of belonging and well-being as well as having an opportunity to express themselves and engage in meaningful relationships. This workshop session offers insight on the importance of building strong relationships with students and volunteers through partnership, connections and respectful dispositions. If you are looking to create an inviting and collaborative environment which encourages lifelong learning, this session is for you. Join ECCDC’s Coaching and Mentoring Team for this session to bring the concepts and philosophies of How Does Learning Happen? to life in fostering positive professional relationships within early years settings.
