If you are looking to encourage collaboration and strength-based approaches to life long learning in your early childhood setting, this session is for you. Join ECCDC’s Coaching and Mentoring team for this three-hour session to bring the concepts and philosophies of How Does Learning Happen? to life in fostering positive professional relationships amongst colleagues, students and volunteers. This workshop will offer participants an opportunity to brainstorm with one another ways in which they can support their team to build meaningful relationships with students and volunteers. With a consideration of the College of Early Childhood Educators Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice, this workshop will encourage reflective practice through the voice of all professionals contributing to creating an inviting and co-learning environment in your early years settings.
