Reggio Inspired Practices Network (Formerly the Emergent Practice Network)

Description:

This network is open to all Educators who are looking to discuss and reflect upon Reggio Emilia inspired practices. The meeting will offer an opportunity for Educators to share and reflect on their journey as they shift their thinking to a culture of emergent practice, which aligns with How Does Learning Happen? Ontario’s Early Learning Framework. Network participants are encouraged and invited to bring their documentation samples to share, as well as stories around what has inspired them in regard to emergent practices. Information will be shared at this meeting regarding the Ontario Reggio Association’s upcoming Study Tour to Reggio Emilia. Additionally, we’ll discuss interest in participants joining an upcoming Book Study in preparation for the Reggio Study Tour. Lastly, the ECCDC’s collection of books to support the Reggio Philosophy will be displayed. All Educators are invited to join regardless of whether they work directly with children or in administration.
