Focus on the 90% will unfold in four different areas, asking in each of these areas what do you focus on? One idea to apply to each area of our life.

1. The person in the mirror. When we have done the work to see ourselves through a lens of love and compassion, we see the world that way. But why is that just so hard to do? We will unpack the belief systems we learn about what it means to take care of ourselves. We cover how we think, talk and how we treat ourselves. It all starts here.
2. Your job. How we view our job and the story we tell of what we do affects how we show up each day. Seeing your job through the lens of what you can control and what you enjoy will ripple out to affect everyone you work with, those important kiddos you serve, and who you go home to at the end of the day. Every job has its 10%'s but most of those 10%' s are things we have no control over. It becomes a habit to complain. We need to change the habit to focus on what we do enjoy.
3. Your coworkers. 90% of the people you work with are loving and kind and committed to the best possible environment for all children. So why do the 10% people cause so many challenges for others? I will share many tools around the fact that everyone works with someone who is difficult and that needs to be addressed for sure but we can't stay stuck on letting them win. Show up and be grateful for the 90% people you work with. Seeing others through a 90% lens, changes culture.
4. Your personal family life. Sometimes we give 90% at work and a 10% version of ourselves to the people that we love. I will share tools to make sure we have something left at the end of our day.
