Job Description
The lead counsellor collaborates with camp counsellor team to plan and implement a fun and engaging outdoor Nature Camp experience.

Responsible for completing administrative duties, mentoring and coaching team, communicating with parents and caregivers, ensuring the safety and supervision of children at all times.
