Our vibrant and growing private Montessori school is seeking applications for the 2024/25 Academic Year.
Full-time teaching position in a Casa (Kindergarten) classroom. (ages 3 to 6 yrs) with a Montessori trained co-teacher.
The successful candidate will be:
· passionate about education and early learning including sharing the French language, age appropriately
· be available to work beginning August 26th, 2024. (classroom set up, parent orientations etc.)
Candidates should have strong leadership skills, be well-organized, enthusiastic, compassionate, inspired about teaching and have a team spirit enabling them to work effectively with colleagues and parents. The ideal candidate will have a sincere desire to be part of a holistic school which enriches Montessori Academics with a very well-rounded, creative curriculum. Musical, artistic and language abilities an asset. Experience writing report cards is an asset as well as strong classroom management skills. As our resident French speaking teacher, weekly basic, conversational French lessons will also be required within our Elementary class. (grades 1-3).
