Each educator at Way To Grow Daycare works together as a team to provide children with a nurturing program that supports and enhances each child's development. The extension of family provides parents and caregivers with a sense of belonging.

Utilizing a variety of methods and resources, educators plan, prepare and implement daily programming.

Supervisors of School Age Programs are offered additional hours at a nearby full day centre to have an 8 hour day.

Supervisors are responsible for all day-to-day responsibilities and are supported by our Quality and Licensing Specialist
