Safe Food Handling
Experince and knowledge of how to handle dietary restictions and allergies
A morning person - shift is 4 am - 12 pm or 5 am - 1 pm
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Must be able to lift at least 60 lbs and stand for a long time
Maintain daily food samples and records of foods
Monitor food inventory and communicate to the appropriate channels to coordinate ordering of supplies
Maitain clean kitchen and work areas
Able to multi-task and complete required routines within assigned schedules
Ability to be flexible and adaptable within a team environment
Must be organized
Must be reliable
Must have solid time management skills to ensure meals are prepared on time and at the appropriate temperature
Ensure all Public Health requirements are met

Little Ones Lunches is looking for a skilled and passionate Cook to join our growing team. As a Cook in our kitchen, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the nutritional needs of the children at all customer locations are provided with delicious, healthly and balanced meals. You will work collaboratively with the team to provide child care lunches and to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
