QUALIFICATIONS
RECE in good standing with the College of ECE
• Standard First Aid & Level C CPR Certificate
• Vulnerable Sector Check (in the last 6 months)
• Up-to-date immunizations
• Knowledge of Child Care and Early Years Act and/or former experience working with young children

We are seeking a full-time RECE in good standing with the College of ECE to cover a Maternity leave in our preschool. RECEs work with children aged 2.5-5 years, engaging through play, interactions, and creative experiences.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Support teacher plans and implement age-appropriate activities that follow the ‘How Does Learning Happen’ framework
• Communicate and work co-operatively with staff members
• Maintain documentation (daily written log, arrival and departures of children)
• Provide a high level of professionalism and maintain confidentiality.
• Flexible to change work assignments depending on the needs of the program
