Experience working with children aged toddler to preschool in a licensed child care setting.
Previous experience supporting children with medical needs or in a health-related role is considered a strong asset.
Knowledge of child development and inclusive care practices.
Comfort and confidence in working with children who may have medical needs (specific training will be provided).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Beamsville Early Learning & Child Care Centre is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Educator to join our team in a unique role. This position will focus on supporting one child with medical needs while ensuring they experience a typical day alongside their peers in a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment.

About the Role

Work closely with a child requiring medical support throughout their day at the Centre.
Collaborate with classroom educators to ensure the child is fully engaged in daily routines, play, and learning experiences.

Provide consistent, responsive care that balances medical awareness with developmental best practices.
Be part of a supportive team environment, with guidance from our Program Supervisor, Program Coordinator, and leadership team.
