Must be a RECE with 2 years experience
First Aid & CPR - C
Police Check - Vulnerable Sector Clearance (within 6 months)
Current Record of Immunizations
QCCN Training and experience an asset
Safe Food Handler Training - an asset

A successful candidate will be responsible for the:
• day to day operations of the Preschool, Kinder and School Age Program
• supervising and mentoring educators
• establish and maintain positive relationships with families, children, educators, host site staff and community partners
• ability to apply the requirements of the Ministry of Education, Public Health and other governing requirements including Way To Grow Daycare's Policy and Procedures
• work collaborately with other supervisors, Quality and Licensing Specialist, Registration and Administration Specialist, Child Care Director and other Way To Grow Daycare employees
