Way To Grow Daycare will be opening a child care program in Niagara Falls, ON and we are seeking a RECE Supervisor to provide leadership, encouragement and guidance to the staff team, families and most importantly the children.

2 years experience in child care
**Supervisory experience an asset

RECE, with current membership with the College of ECEs
Valid First Aid and CPR-C
Current Police Check with Vulnerable Sector Clearance (within 6 months, consideration for less than 12 months)
Quality Child Care Niagara Training completed
Safe Food Handling certification is an asset
Evidence of a commitment to Continual Professional Learning

To provide leadership and guidance in the daily operations of the child care program

• Ensure accurate record keeping and reporting
