Job Requirements
• Relevant College and/or University qualifications, Early Childhood Education, MACTE or AMI. • Member in Good Standing with the Ontario College of Early Childhood Educators
• 3 – 5 years of experience teaching in a childcare or educational setting
• Knowledge and practice of subject matter, curriculum planning, and assessment practices, according to Early Years Ministry requirement
• Current CPR/First Aid/TB/VS Screening, & QCCN
Job Description
• Ability to engage the children in exploring and leading them into a deeper understanding of the subject matter
• Promote a well-suited learning environment for the children and collaboratively design and implement the curriculum in a dynamic way
• Proven ability to communicate in a professional manner with children, parents, and staff
• Strong organization and time management skills
